OPUWO, 11 OCT (NAMPA) – Several traditional authorities (TAs) in the Kunene and Omusati regions, along with the Kunene Communal Land Board, are at odds over land distribution, lease, and sale approvals, exacerbating an already strained relationship between the authorities.
