OTJIWARONGO, 09 OCT (NAMPA) - The 19-year-old man who was stabbed to death at Otjiwarongo by two unknown attackers Monday night, has been identified as Brave Hangula.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) community affairs officer, Warrant Officer Olivia Haihambo, in an interview with Nampa on Wednesday said Hangula had a single stab wound on his neck.
