WINDHOEK, 07 OCT (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) and political parties appear to be on a collision course following the commission's decision to cancel the open bid for the printing of ballot papers.
On Monday, the commission announced its decision to cancel the international tender for printing ballot papers, which it said was in the best interest of electoral democracy.
