OMUTHIYA, 06 OCT (NAMPA) - OMUTHIYA, 06 OCT (NAMPA) -The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in the Oshikoto Region has reported the death of a 36-year-old Namibian man who allegedly committed suicide by hanging after being involved in a car accident while under the influence of alcohol.
