OSHAKATI, 06 OCT (NAMPA) – SWAPO Party Vice President, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, officially launched the party's election manifesto in braille on Saturday.

Braille is a tactile writing and reading system used by individuals who are visually impaired.
