ONIIPA, 04 OCT (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Urban and Rural Development on Thursday inaugurated the Oniipa Town Council office building constructed at a cost of N.dollars 19 million.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Urban and Rural Development Minister Erastus Uutoni said town councils are responding to the developmental needs of their people.
