WINDHOEK, 03 OCT (NAMPA) - Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula, officially inaugurated the APGAR Maternity Hospital in Windhoek on Thursday.
Speaking at the event, Shangula emphasised the importance of the new facility in the ongoing efforts to improve maternal and child health in Namibia.
