WINDHOEK, 02 OCT (NAMPA) – The Regional Energy Regulators Association of Southern Africa (RERA) has appointed Francois Robinson as the interim Executive Director for six months, replacing Elijah Sichone.
Sichone served in the position for 19 years. The announcement was made on Wednesday, by Electricity Control Board (ECB) Chief Executive Officer Robert Kahimise at a press conference.
