Man remanded in custody for alleged rape of elderly aunt

OSHAKATI, 01 OCT (NAMPA) – The 33-year-old man who stands accused of raping his 104-year-old aunt at Ohongo village in the Omusati Region, was remanded in custody after making a brief court appearance at Outapi on Tuesday.
Omusati Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson told Nampa the accused was denied bail and the matter was postponed to 17 February 2024.
