RUNDU, 29 SEP (NAMPA) About 1700 Namibians own in excess of 70 per cent of the wealth of society, Landless People’s Movement (LPM) Bernadus Swartbooi has said.
Swartbooi who did not provide evidence on the above figure made the statement during his party's manifesto launch at Rundu on Saturday.
"This means that the independent State that we created 35 years ago did not move an inch to re-balance the inequality in society," he said.
