ONAWA, 28 SEP (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare officially inaugurated the first-ever Childhood Development Centre (ECD) at Oshakati’s Onawa location on Friday.
The centre was constructed with funding support from Mobile Telecommunications Company (MTC) in collaboration with the Development Workshop Namibia (DWN) at a cost of N.dollars 800 000.
