MARIENTAL, 20 SEP (NAMPA)- The Mariental municipality held a clean-up campaign here Friday.
In her speech, Mariental mayor, Cherien Kock said the aim of the campaign, is to not only clean up the town but also instill a sense of duty and pride in the community.
Kock emphasised the importance of reporting illegal dumping in the town saying: “It’s not just about keeping our town clean; but about protecting our resources, as a community.”
