WINDHOEK, 19 SEP (NAMPA) - A 17-year-old boy has been arrested at Onaanda in the Omusati Region after he allegedly repeatedly raped his 10-year-old sister.
The incidences, according to the Namibian Police Force’s Omusati Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basso, occurred on various occasions on unknown dates and times.
The suspect has been charged with rape and assault by threat, as it is further alleged that the suspect threatened to kill...
