ONDANGWA, 19 SEP (NAMPA) – Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula has said evolving technology is ensuring that surgery is safer, easier and more convenient for patients.
Shangula made the remarks in a speech read on his behalf during the official opening of the Namibian Surgical Society annual laparoscopic workshop at Ondangwa on Wednesday.
