SWAKOPMUND, 18 SEP (NAMPA) - The Erongo Regional Electricity Distributor (RED), Roads Authority (RA) and the Road Fund Administration (RFA) on Wednesday signed a tripartite agreement to install 24 streetlights with stainless steel spigots along the Swakopmund Bridge.
