KEETMANSHOOP, 18 SEP (NAMPA) – The Keetmanshoop Municipality on Tuesday kicked off this year’s Heritage Week under the theme ‘Kultuur is Gemeenskap, Gemeenskap is Kultuur’ translating to culture is community and community is culture.
