WINDHOEK, 14 SEP (NAMPA) - SWAPO Party Vice President and presidential candidate for the 2024 national elections, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, on Saturday launched the party manifesto in Windhoek under the theme 'Unity in Diversity: Natural Resources Beneficiation and Youth Empowerment for Sustainable Development'.
