WINDHOEK, 06 SEP (NAMPA) – Chief Executive Officer of the Roads Authority, Conrad Lutombi has said that the four-lane freeway connecting Windhoek and Okahandja will greatly enhance traffic flow, including the transportation of goods and services.
Lutombi was speaking at the opening ceremony of the last section of the Okahandja-Windhoek freeway on Friday.
