WINDHOEK, 05 SEP (NAMPA) – The Windhoek High Court has set aside the Electoral Commission of Namibia’s (ECN) decision to de-register the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) in June 2024.
The ECN initially said the NEFF failed to submit its audited annual financial statements to the commission. NEFF however claimed they were not given a chance to argue their case.
