OTJIWARONGO, 02 SEP (NAMPA) – The new regional police commander for Otjozondjupa, Commissioner Philip Hidengwa, was on Monday introduced to inhabitants of the region.
He previously served as the Kunene Region’s crime investigations coordinator.
