ONIIPA, 29 AUG (NAMPA) – A 21-year-old man allegedly stabbed his four-year-old sister to death at Okeeke village in the Oshikoto Region on Thursday.
The Namibian Police Force’s crime investigations coordinator for the region, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, said a case of murder read with the provisions of the combating of domestic violence act has been opened against the suspect.
