KEETMANSHOOP, 28 AUG (NAMPA) – The third phase of the community empowerment centre at Keetmanshoop is 85 per cent complete, the Head of the Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare division in the ||Kharas Region, Trevis Shuudifonya has said.
Construction of the third phase commenced earlier this year and is set to be completed by the end of October this year. This phase included six classrooms and a hall at a cost of N.dollars 15...
