OPUWO, 26 AUG (NAMPA) - Omusati-based Ongulumbashe Diamond Football Club were promoted to the Northwest First Division on Sunday after defeating Oshana's Foxy Seniors 9-1 in their final match, which sparked an uproar from football fans in the Kunene region.
