ONDANGWA, 20 AUG (NAMPA) – A new-born baby boy was discovered in a box dumped at a former kindergarten at Ondangwa on Tuesday morning.
Namibian Police Force Oshana Region crime investigations coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Frederick Ndjadila said a case of child abandonment/neglect was opened by the police.
