OTJIWARONGO, 20 AUG (NAMPA) - Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah officially inaugurated the first specialised court for environmental and natural resources crime in Otjiwarongo, located on Dr Libertina Amathila Avenue, on Monday.
