WINDHOEK, 04 AUG (NAMPA) - President Nangolo Mbumba has been conferred with Namibia's highest presidential award, The Most Ancient Order of Welwitschia Mirabilis.
During an event at State House on Saturday, Mbumba was presented with the award, a presidential sash, by former President Hifikepunye Pohamba. The sash symbolises his role as the Head of State.
