KATIMA MULILO, 13 JUN (NAMPA) – Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs, Frans Kapofi launched the Namibia-Botswana Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Plan at Katima Mulilo on Thursday.
The CIMIC Plan is a joint initiative by the Namibian Defence Force (NDF) and the Botswana Defence Force (BDF) which is aimed at strengthening cooperation and security along the shared border of the two countries.
