WINDHOEK, 30 MAY (NAMPA) – The Namibian Correctional Service (NCS) and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at formalising the exchange of best practices and cooperation.
