WINDHOEK, 17 August 2015 - The Southern African Customs Union (SACU) headquarters in Windhoek are due to be inaugurated soon. SACU is the oldest existing customs union in the world. It was established in 1910. Namibia, the host, became the fifth member of SACU after it attained its independence in 1990.
