WINDHOEK, 05 AUG (NAMPA) – Namibian Police Force (NamPol) Inspector General Sebastian Ndeitunga has ordered the identification of police officers who allegedly abused civilians by beating them with sticks at Katima Mulilo.
A video circulated on social media earlier this week showing men in police uniform and some wearing civilian clothes beating unarmed civilians who were lying on the ground with sticks on their feet and ankles.
