WINDHOEK, 12 MAR (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry has called on stakeholders in the human, animal health and environment sectors to use antimicrobial drugs responsibly to reduce the health risks it poses in agriculture production.
Executive Director Percy Misika made the call on Wednesday during the one-day Animal Health Stakeholders Awareness Workshop on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Antimicrobial Use that took place in Windhoek.
