WINDHOEK, 08 DEC (NAMPA) - Government remains optimistic that growth prospects will gain traction in the economy as the implementation of adopted fiscal consolidation measures is scaled-up, Minister of Finance, Calle Schlettwein said, reacting to the recent downgrade by Moody's Investors Services.
