MoEAC to repurpose Alte Feste building

WINDHOEK, 02 MAR (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (MoEAC) has confirmed the rehabilitation of the Alte Feste building, which will include a craft market, gallery, museum, training workshops, studios and restaurants.
