OMUNTELE, 22 APR (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in the Oshikoto Region have opened a case of rape against a 69-year-old man for allegedly raping his three-year-old granddaughter.
According to the region’s crime investigations coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo on Monday, the incident happened on Sunday around 13h00 at Etuli village in the Omuntele Constituency.
