WINDHOEK, 28 MAR (NAMPA) - Minister of Mines and Energy, Obeth Kandjoze has expressed disappointment that about 80 per cent of rough diamonds sold by Namibia Diamond Trading Company (NDTC) in 2016 was exported out of the country.
