Fire destroys eight classrooms at Rehoboth High School
Written by Rhonie Garoeb on 30 September 2016.REHOBOTH, 30 SEP (NAMPA) – A fire broke out at the Rehoboth High School (RHS) in the early hours of Friday, damaging an entire block of classrooms intended for the national exams.
Starting at about 04h00, the blaze scorched through eight classrooms and two storerooms.
No fatalities were reported.
RHS Principal Neville Rickerts told Nampa he received a call from one of the school’s management committee members at around 04h00 informing him of the fire.
