TSUMKWE, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) staff and election materials arrived at the Tsumkwe Police station in the early hours of Thursday.
The polling staff and materials, such as electronic voting machines (EVMs), arrived here at about 02h00 for the Presidential and National Assembly elections on Friday.
