WINDHOEK, 18 SEP (NAMPA) – The outcome of the Swapo-Party Electoral College reflects the spirit of the Swapo Constitution as well as the will of the majority of the party’s members, President Hifikepunye Pohamba says.
Pohamba, who doubles as Swapo president, said this during the party’s Politburo meeting here on Tuesday.
