PG decision in rhino horns case still pending

WINDHOEK, 10 NOV (NAMPA) – The case of a Chinese national arrested in Eros in January this year for illegal possession of two rhino horns, is still awaiting a decision from the Office of the Prosecutor-General on how to proceed with the matter.
Yonghui Lu, 41, made another appearance on Friday in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court along Lüderitz Street and his case was remanded until 28 February 2018 to enable the PG’s office to pronounce itself on the matter.
