WINDHOEK, 27 OCT (NAMPA) – More than 200 residents unhappy about the sale of erven under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the Omaruru Municipality and Ndakalimwe Investments, held a demonstration there on Thursday.
They are demanding that the municipality not sell 75 erven to the construction company.
