KEETMANSHOOP, 03 AUG (NAMPA) – The Keetmanshoop community is reeling in shock after a man was found allegedly attempting to rape a mute five-year-old girl during lunch hour on Monday in an open field next to a shrub.
The man’s suspicious actions were noticed by Susanna and Klaas Rooi, who were driving past the area, located right opposite the Swapo Party offices in Tseiblaagte residential area.
