WINDHOEK, 06 FEB (NAMPA)- High Court Judge Dave Smuts, one of Namibia's experienced lawyers, has been sworn-in as Permanent Judge of Appeals of the Supreme Court.
Smuts, who was appointed by President Hifikepunye Pohamba on the recommendations of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) last month, was sworn-in during the official launch of the Justice Ministry's 2015 legal year here on Friday morning.
