ONDANGWA, 20 DEC (NAMPA) - Minister of Defence (NDF) Nahas Angula has expressed disappointment that some recruits could not complete their training due to various reasons, ranging from ill-health, resignation to forgery.
Angula was speaking here on Friday during the passing-out parade of the 12th recruit training at the Oluno Military Base.
The 2014 intake comprised of 2 000 recruits - 1 001 at Oluno, and 999 at the Osona Military School in Okahandja.
