OCLB encourages farmers to utilise their land

UUDHIYA, 02 MAY (NAMPA) – The Oshikoto Communal Land Board (OCLB) has voiced concerns over a troubling trend among some farmers who leave their communal farms idle for years without utilising the land.
OCLB Chairperson Paulina Uugwanga expressed these concerns in an interview with Nampa on Thursday, when she also encouraged communal farmers to use land allocated to them.
