||Kharas football and netball teams leave for Gobabis

KEETMANSHOOP, 28 MAR (NAMPA) – The ||Kharas Region’s Under-20 football and netball teams on Thursday left for Gobabis in the Omaheke Region, where they will be competing in the 2024 edition of the Nedbank Namibian Newspaper Cup.
The tournament starts on Friday and ends Monday.
Speaking at an award ceremony Wednesday night, ||Kharas Governor, Aletha Frederick asked for teamwork among the players and discipline both on and off the pitch.
