Local estate administrator's fraud case now ready for trial

WINDHOEK, 19 SEP (NAMPA) - The case of a local estate administrator who stands accused of fraud and embezzling funds belonging to several orphaned children between 2015 and 2017, is now ready for trial.
The 43-year-old Mervin Kozonguizi made another appearance before High Court Judge Christie Liebenberg during a pre-trial conference of case management review on Thursday, when his fraud case was allocated to Acting High Court Judge Kobus Miller for the start of the trial on 14 October 2019.
