1 (WINDHOEK, 11 DEC, NAMPA) – The Namibian Medicines Regulatory Council (NMRC) wants autonomy from the Ministry of Health and Social Services, which will see it transform into a financially self-sustained service, an audit report shows.

This call comes at the back of a precarious 2016/17 financial year, which saw the council receive N.dollars 10.7 million from the health ministry.
