1 (WINDHOEK, 17 AUG, NAMPA) - South African President and outgoing Southern African Development Community (SADC) Chairperson, Cyril Ramaphosa arrived here on Thursday for the 38th SADC Summit.

The South African leader is expected to hand over the chairpersonship to Namibia’s President Hage Geingob on Friday.
