WINDHOEK, 05 OCT (NAMPA) – Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has described the late Kunene Governor, Angelika Muharukua as a selfless, assertive and principled person who was always on the side of the most vulnerable.
