MOSCOW, May 7 (RIA Novosti) - Germany and Finland are engaged in destructive efforts to establish NATO's control over the Baltic Sea, which could provoke a naval clash with Russia, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has warned.
